In 2008, Dr. Chou graduated from UCLA with two distinct advanced degrees:

  • Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Neuroscience: Providing him with a deep understanding of the brain’s complex pathways.
Following his graduation, Dr. Chou remained at the UCLA Medical Center to complete his residency in Neurological Surgery. From 2009 to 2015, he trained under world-renowned pioneers in the field. This rigorous seven-year period allowed him to master complex surgical techniques for the brain, spine, and nervous system. In 2020, he earned his official board certification from the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
